All right, Welcoming. Except for a few bad points the housekeeping which is not very well done which is a shame, the snack side where there is not a lot of choices, TV only in Spanish which is a shame for foreigners. Overall very good , it is nice , friendly.

The experience has been completely DISASTER. As soon as I entered the room, my wife had found a long hair in the bathroom, and she told the guy at reception. I went down to the cafeteria to eat a mixed plate, before going to shower to sleep and under the fried eggs, I found a hair, something I told the manager. I go up to the room, get in the shower, and to my surprise, I see that the drain trap isn't draining and that the bathroom is filling with water. I'm left halfway through bathing. The first time it happens to me (and I hope it's the last) LACK OF MAINTENANCE.

I went with a group of friends in total 23, the clean and very correct hotel, the phenomenal breakfasts, to highlight the staff both reception and dining , a very nice 10, the room that I touch very clean and the quality towels, dried, the food , about going in a group if we did not like something changed us, in general very well.
