Upon our arrival, we were informed that the room did not have hot water and that they did not know when the problem would be resolved. The inconvenience affected two other rooms. Despite this, we were assigned the room without being offered any alternative or room change. For three days, we were unable to wash properly and had to manage outside the facility; we took showers on the beach. The room was also very humid and poorly ventilated. What made the situation even more unpleasant was the complete lack of attention towards the customer: no concrete solution, no refund, or gesture of apology for an essential service that was not guaranteed to us. The staff proved to be unhelpful and uninterested in our discomfort from the very beginning. A stay that unfortunately does not meet the minimum standards expected from a hospitality establishment. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Three nights of stay practically without hot water, except for the evening before departure. With an outside temperature of 17 degrees, it was a significant inconvenience.
No attempt was made by the staff to change rooms or offer a refund.

When we arrived the truth is that at first glance I was surprised. Very spacious room and very well located.
However, then you start to see the shortcomings and end up disappointed.
As I say, the size of the room is very nice and also next to the center.
Now I go with the “buts”:
The bathroom is super small, it is also facing the bed, something that makes you uncomfortable and more if the door is broken and does not close (as was our case), leaving a large piece open towards the room.
It has a kettle, something that is appreciated, but better not to use it. I put it into operation and when I poured the water into the cup, I had to throw it away. It was full of “little fish” (come on, all the dirt inside the kettle was falling. Disgusting).
Another problem was the dryer. It lasted 50 seconds. I use it every day, not for long, but for my hair. I went to communicate it (at 10:30 in the morning) and they tell me that for safety, it turns off (man, for safety 50 seconds... better then not to put a dryer, since it is impossible to use). The woman tells me not to worry, they put one in my room. When I got to 8:00 p.m., I had to shower and wash my hair and I see they haven't left it.
I called the phone that you are dropped off (as reception is usually no one) and impossible to contact. Totally, I had to stay in the room for almost an hour until my hair dried in the air, because in the street it was cold and I could not go out with it soaked.
When I saw the receptionist I told her what happened to me. He apologized for forgetting. Still, he kept not giving it to me. I didn't give credit. What a lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I felt like they didn't care about us.
And finally, the cleanliness shines through its absence. As I said before, I used the cup for the kettle water, being dirty, I took another one we had and heated the water for an infusion in a microwave outside. They didn't clean the cups, they left them as they were. The next day, the same. The bathroom also uncleaned.
In short, disappointing. I don't recommend it. I understand it's a pension, but there are a few minimums.
