Regarding the entertainment, we are delighted with the entertainer Josema, he is a true professional and very attentive to the people at the hotel. The hotel was fine, the rooms have things to improve, the cleaning service leaves much to be desired, since they would enter without knocking on the door; their excuse was that we did not put up the sign, which of course was not in the room; on the third floor, almost no room had signs and it was reported. The wristbands malfunctioned for entering the pool areas and the pool area is not very adapted for people in wheelchairs, since you cannot enjoy the grass.

10/10, the food, the stay. The room could not be better with spectacular views, and above all, I must mention Irene at reception for her unbeatable service.

We only have words of gratitude, joy, and happiness to describe our stay. We have been regular customers for 4 years as a couple, but years ago, we both were in Matalascañas and at the Flamero with our parents enjoying family vacations. We know both the municipality and the hotel very well. Since our first stay together, we have observed a very considerable increase in the quality of service; rooms, common areas, cleanliness, and catering. We want to highlight all the buffet staff; hardworking, friendly, and approachable, and in particular, we want to mention Nerea and Lina, two 10/10 girls who have always been there to welcome us with the best of their smiles and joy. But above all, we want to highlight the great work of the entire entertainment team, especially that of Josema and Celia, two fabulous and charming people whom we have had the pleasure of enjoying every year and who are always on the front line of all the activities and shows, making the stay of all the guests magnificent. We have become addicted to the performances and nightly shows. Of course, we also want to leave our contribution and gratitude towards Juanma, the head of the entire team. Someone charming, attentive, fun, and always with a smile on their face, in addition to exceptionally training all the entertainers. They are a wonderful person. Without a doubt, it is our second home where we love to spend our vacations on the beach with the most beautiful sunset one can see.
