The complex is in a privileged area in the middle of the mountains with spectacular views; the two-bedroom houses, which is where we stayed, are very good, although they need a renovation of kitchenware and some of the furniture, such as the sofa and the bathroom; the beds, however, were very comfortable. The pool is nice and practical, ideal for being with children since the entrance area is beach-style. They accept dogs, which is also a point in their favor. The staff is very friendly in general, always ready for whatever is needed. It is a shame how neglected the surroundings were (for example, the lawn in front of the houses has no irrigation, so it was dry), the "gym" area, to call it something, was prehistoric, and the playground for children inside the pool area was quite worn out. Noteworthy is the restaurant's cuisine, which, although the menu is always the same, everything was very delicious.

I want to share my review as of June 13, 2026. My review written below a couple of years ago has NOTHING TO DO with today. The head of reception cannot be more unfriendly and unpleasant. In the bar, arguing loudly with his employees, it cannot be, honestly. On top of that, he walks around the hotel in a swimsuit and pool mode at midnight through the restaurant dragging his flip-flops. I want to highlight that if it weren't for the Latina girl who was there (the all-purpose girl with long wavy hair), I would still have a wobbly bed. After asking for them to come up three times, in the end, she was the only one who did something. The bed is a disaster (see the video); you cannot move, it creaks with every movement, the floor tiles in the room are broken, the shower has black mold, and on top of that, the hairdryer does not work. If I follow the truth, they should reimburse me the €89 for the room, especially since they also want to charge me €8 for a hammock that is also half broken. The ONLY person who has been kind and cordial has been this girl I mentioned earlier. I stayed in room 101, in case you assign it to someone. WE WILL NOT RETURN AGAIN.

Not to repeat, the choices of cottages in surrounding towns we met later were much more comfortable, economical and easily accessible, the opposite of this resort. Difficult access and dangerous with rain, neglected rooms, with three broken hangers or toilets, lousy mattresses, of different heights and hardness in the same double bed. Reception and telephones 24h unattended, no possibility of breakfast at 8:30 for not finding any of the staff. Smell of cooking in the living room. It seems that they charge dearly only for views you can have during any walk from many other places around. Places like this frustrate a family vacation, I have a hard time relating the good reviews this place has received to what we found.
