Monte Conquero

A special thank you to all the staff; they are the ones who make the hotel pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is 3 stars, but the service from everyone is worthy of a 5-star hotel.

The hotel is very well located. Close to the center. I had a duplicate booking problem and they solved it at the front desk. The receptionist who assisted us clearly explained what she was going to do. We were traveling with two bicycles and they stored them for us in an easily accessible room. When we left, we picked them up without any problem because the receptionist did her job very well when checking us in. The hotel is very good. Adequately sized rooms, well-equipped and very clean.

Wonderful service from all the staff, details like the flavored water at the front desk and the body lotion (both offered for free) make your stay more pleasant! The cleaning could improve, especially in the bathrooms, thank you!
