To say that we all liked, very nice the place , the cabins very clean and the restaurant service, nice staff giving quick service, the food well within what had been hired, and the driver as the guide , Merche and Javi, nice 100 percent, both friendly and attentive to all of us, I recommend repeating.

The facilities are in an acceptable condition, as is the general cleanliness of the property. The surroundings, cottages and the place itself are charming, making the stay pleasant overall. Also, the maintenance service is notable for its efficiency and willingness. The cleaning staff deserves a positive mention for their friendliness and friendliness, offering close and correct treatment. I also want to highlight very positively the young woman who waits at the tables, whose service was excellent and professional. However, the reception experience was negative due to the excessive delay in the care process. The wait was approximately two hours, with only one person attending, which was clearly insufficient. In terms of waiter service, care was generally poor. Especially from a waitress with short white hair, whose treatment was neither adequate nor professional. Also, the bar service by a waiter was equally unsatisfactory. Regarding the restaurant, the menu is somewhat limited in variety. However, it is fair to stress that the quality of the food is good. In summary, while the venue and some staff meet expectations, there are important aspects of organization and customer service that should be significantly improved.
