Happened and their tapas are excellent

The hospitality and customer service is on top notch.Our room booking was well organized by Mr.Javier Conte de Jong,we loved our room 110❤️👌🥰.and Ms.Sonia.Good job !! The evening receptionist Ms. Maria. F. also gave us a spectacular service,attention to details and all of them were always smiling while serving us.Housekeeping team also took good care of making sure we had a clean room great job! Restaurant team also served us a lovely breakfast 😋 Thanks to the team!! Dinner was well organized and served well(Tapas)by Mr.Pedro.Great job team we will surely come back again!😋

All wrong from the beginning, no key goes three times, in the end I get a code, the TV does not work, as it goes online it cuts every 30 sec.
