My plan was to ski several days in Andorra, I wanted to have a night to rest before my long return home. Unfortunately, they made me fall during my second day skiing and I hurt my left knee. I just wanted to go home at that time because of how depressed and sore I was.
I wrote to them on Booking and they informed me that they would only cancel if I sent them any kind of proof.
So, I have to break my leg and go to the emergency room to get my reservation canceled? I sent them a video which is the moment of my fall and they say they can't see it.
I wonder, where was the empathy? It's all money? Are we not human beings anymore?
I was charged for the night that I did not go despite having asked more than a day in advance to cancel my reservation because of the situation I was in. I don’t have a problem with the money, so keep it if you need it so badly, but this bad experience will be forever captured here as a warning to everyone who decides to book with them.
