The review is about the restaurant as we have not stayed in the hotel although it looks very good. Regarding gastronomy I can say that we ate 2 people and ordered the tasting menu (37€ per person), which could be signed by Daviz Muñoz himself and which consisted of 2 appetizers, which was a warm garlic soup and a delicious trout mousse. Then a kind of salmon sponge cake with awesome seafood sauce Mostly my girl ordered a boneless lamb on baker potato very good and I had some meatballs with sauce and sweet potato chips just spectacular. For desserts Brownie chocolate with ice cream and Flan with delicious Baylis ice cream. To drink we ordered an indigenous red wine "Edra" that is super soft, fruity, to take it fresh that fit perfectly(25€). In the end we paid 99€ for everything, with 25€ bottle of wine that I think is wonderful in value for money. I also highlight the attention of the people who work there that is like your product, of first quality. I recommend it 100% if you go there.
