HOTEL&SPA REAL JACA

Excellent stay after a long drive from Santander. Facilities good. Room clean and cool. Breakfast was included and there was lots to choose from. Great recommendation for a restaurant a 10 min walk away - Rosa Rosae

The good: Lovely staff. Clean room. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed the spa one evening and had it to ourselves. Location is great. 5 minute walk to the old town. The bad: Overall the hotel just feels a little tired and run down. Carpet in the hallway is stained and worn. At least on the fourth floor. Also our key card never worked. We had to keep going downstairs to reset it every time we came back to the room.

Dismal attention in the cafeteria, long wait to serve and poor education of waiters and absentees. Zero professionalism. Very expensive coffee shop. You have 2 stars left over.
