It is a vintage-looking hotel, but that does not mean it looks old. SERVICE: the service from all the staff is excellent. I especially thank Sara, who was the one who handled most of our inquiries. ROOM 101: It does not have air conditioning. We understand that the hotel's location means that temperatures do not require AC during the year; however, in the middle of a heat wave, it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep without AC. The room claims to be a \"triple: 2 adults + 1 child,\" and the reality is that it is a double room: a double bed with an extra bed. In other words, it does not have the size of a triple room. Anyway, since it was just a room for sleeping, it was more than enough. Lots of storage space. Spacious bathroom. The unbeatable view: below, the garden with the pool, and straight ahead, a mountain postcard where you could see the sheep passing by daily with their cowbells. GARDEN: it is very beautiful, mainly because of the impressive view. The pool is small, but for the time we went (6/27), there were very few people. TERRACE BAR: located one level above the garden (pool), it has the same view. Ideal for going to have a drink, reading, or just looking at the landscape. I do not know if it was bad luck that day, but they told me there were no smoothies or fresh-squeezed orange juice. LOBBY: we had requested as an exception to watch TV at 3:00 AM, to which they informed us there was no problem. Arriving at 3 AM, they could not find the remote control. RESTAURANT: although it only operates for breakfast and dinner, at midday there is a room service menu that can also be enjoyed both in the room and on the terrace. BREAKFAST: it is excellent. There is a huge variety of food, DINNER: Very good. The menu changes every day; it is a bit limited but has options for all tastes, offering an appetizer, main course, and dessert. BED: the pillows are very comfortable (very fluffy). There are two pillows per guest. CLEANING: it is only until 4:00 PM. At the time we went, there was not much gastronomic variety outside the hotel, but a few minutes away by car, you can be in the next town over with a few more options.

I found a lower price on Tui. Two e-mails sent. I didn't even get an answer! So they do not keep their promise on their own site.

We are very satisfied with this hotel. Every year, in July, we return specifically to participate in the excursions it offers. It is always a true pleasure, especially thanks to René, our guide, whose knowledge is impressive. During each stay, he introduces us to new routes, remarkable sites, and beautiful landscapes. Each excursion is an enriching experience that makes us want to return year after year.
