Villa de Sallent 4*

Very pleasant and cozy place, very nice and approachable employees. The breakfast buffet is worth highlighting, essential for going to the mountains or skiing.

They gave us the room with the balcony full of bird droppings. See attached image. It is horrible to hand over a room like that. One of the receptionists and one of the breakfast waitresses (both blonde) had greasy and very dirty hair. Very bad image, especially regarding the breakfast waitress. The image and hygiene of a 4-star hotel must be better maintained. The breakfast pastries were raw every day. A couple mentioned it one day to the waiter; he said thank you, but they did nothing. The furniture is old. Not appropriate for the price it has. Very poor soundproofing. You can hear everything from the rooms next door.

Spectacular stay. Exquisite attention. We were on floor 3 the cleanliness of the room and the attention of the girl in charge of cleaning the exceptional floor. The service of the reception by Elias amazing great professional and better person so it is nice to go on vacation. We'll be back for sure. We have been all the family and all delighted. Thank you.
