The truth is that we liked everything: the room, the bed, the sink, the pool, the breakfasts and the dinners at the outside restaurant. We also loved the welcome kit for our little Zoe 🐶. But, above all, I want to highlight the staff. I give them all an A+. Certainly, you are very lucky to have such kind, polite, and attentive employees. Both the cleaning team and the waiters and the reception staff made our stay even better. We want to especially thank Amanda, who was working the Sunday evening/night shift into Monday. Thank you so much for your help, Amanda, and for your kindness. There are also some small things in the facilities that we think could be improved. For example, although they run the robot through the pool every morning, it gives the impression that it is dirty, even though it really is not. We believe it is because the floor and the walls are quite worn out. We also saw some ants on the terrace where breakfast is served. Regarding the pillows, we think it is great that there is a softer option, but it would be nice to also have one that is a bit firmer to be able to choose according to each person's preferences. In one of the rooms we stayed in, the floor was somewhat damaged. In addition, the first day the shower hose was broken. We reported it and, to our surprise, in just 10 minutes it was already fixed, so we also want to highlight the staff's speed in solving any problem. Finally, we noticed that the coffee machines at breakfast were having some problems and the staff had to be fixing them every little while. Perhaps it would be convenient to check or renew them. These are small details that we believe could improve the facilities and the guest experience even more, because, in general, our stay was wonderful. Without a doubt, it has been a wonderful experience and we hope to return soon.

Fantastic hotel 3 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from the San Lorenzo Basilica center, Navarra Square, Porches Galicia... The service is excellent, the staff is super friendly, management and reception are always available for whatever we need. The rooms are clean, the bed is super comfortable, there are several pillows and very nice towels, with welcome details in the bathroom. The air conditioning and the television in the room were perfect. The pool area is very well maintained, the water is clean, lounge chairs and umbrellas are available, the grass is mowed, and there are showers. They provide you with large pool towels at no additional cost, if you leave a deposit. The building is modern, the hallways are spacious and have a beautiful design, inside the hotel there is a large tree, which makes you feel very comfortable and gives it a very natural touch. There is a lobby for lounging, spacious with sofas and tables, very pleasant, with a work corner. Near the hotel (5 minutes) there are very good restaurants, although the one in the hotel is exquisite, or if you prefer and have children, there is a Burger King in front of the hotel. We will definitely return!!! Magnificent experience!!!! Friendliness, cleanliness, and comfort are a ten!!

Location is quite good, removed from center but short walk. Parking is 15 euros per night and is very convenient. Staff are all very pleasant. Room was large and clean, nice and decently equipped gym, as well as a pool. They also have a restaurant and a cafeteria. Towels were fluffy and they gave us a kit for the dog: a snack pack, as well as wipes, shampoo and 2 bowls. It’s not luxurious by any means, but it’s decent and our stay was pleasant. Also got a welcome drink from bar seeing as we booked direct on website.
