Club Cala Tarida Hotel

We had a great stay at Hotel Vibra Cala Tarida, but the highlight was definitely Maria from the entertainment team. She was amazing with our daughter, who looked forward to seeing her every day. Having Maria keep her entertained made our family vacation so much easier and gave us the chance to relax and enjoy our time together. Thank you, Maria, for everything you did. We really appreciate it and hope to see you again!

We have had a very pleasant stay. The facilities were very nice, the atmosphere was quiet, and the staff was very friendly at all times. We want to make a special mention of María and Blanca, who were in charge of the activities and childcare. They were lovely from the first day: approachable, attentive, and always with a smile. You could tell the care and dedication they put into their work, making the little ones enjoy themselves so much and allowing us adults to be more relaxed as well. Without a doubt, they are a great asset to the hotel. Thank you very much for everything!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Staying here makes you feel claustrophobic: the rooms are so small that it is almost impossible to reach the closet. The cleanliness is terrible. Fingerprints everywhere, dirty surfaces, and even ants in the room. During all four days of our stay, the TV never worked, even though we went to the front desk twice asking to have it repaired. No one did anything. The taxi service deserves a separate mention. The hotel simply refuses to call a taxi for guests. Apparently they only do it for the airport or the hospital, and only if you find staff willing to help you. For this reason, they ruined two of our evenings: they refused to call us a taxi, claiming that "taxis don't come here." It is a pity that taxis were arriving without any problem at the hotel next door and at the restaurants in the area. In the end, we were forced to go to the nearby hotel to have them call us a taxi. A special thanks goes to a receptionist, who was extremely rude and arrogant. She looked at us as if we were stupid, huffed, and kept rolling her eyes. The other staff members, however, were kind, but this girl's behavior completely ruined the impression of the service. If you are looking for comfort, quality, and good service, I advise you to avoid this hotel. In my opinion, it does not even deserve its 3 stars: for me, it is worth 0 stars.
