This is an excellent 5 star hotel
We were feel very welcome and special by all the staff members.
We would like to particularly mention Yaneth as very sociable and welcoming during breakfast along with Laura and Maggie. Ivan and Dani were very professional and provided an excellent service at the concierge desk; Angelica was very attentive and informative at reception and Elena’s welcome us with a smile when we passed in front of her shop.
The shop prices were very reasonable for a 5 star hotel and I bought two fabulous outfits.
The breakfast was exceptional with a variety of choices from the self service counter and the ala cart menu.
The room we had was on a 3rd floor with a balcony and a sea-view. It had a comfortable super king bed and was very quiet. In addition it had tea and coffee making facilities as well as a very good stack fridge.
The room was serviced daily and it was impeccably clean.
The location was perfect for us, just at the end of Talamanca Bay which means it’s quiet but you are only 15 minute taxi ride to Ibiza old town for €10 or you could stay locally and had a stroll via a boardwalk along the Talamanca bay with plenty of restaurants to choose from.
The Beach is close by, just down the road with soft sand and clear water. It was never too busy and we were very thankful that we could borrow a parasol from the hotel.
The roof terrace is a feature of the hotel with fantastic views of the whole bay, sun beds and a small plunge pool. The friendly and attentive staff, service and food was excellent . We enjoyed the salmon poke bowl at lunch time.
We also loved the sky bar at night and again the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
