Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, staff are unbelievably rude and unattentive especially one lady behind the desk named Alba. Ants all in the bed, requested our bedding be changed - we went out for the day and the cleaner only gave us new towels no fresh bedding. No food or drink allowed from outside the hotel at the pool. This is written in tiny writing on a notice board that we missed. So took in a coffee and some fruit and were threatened to be evicted from the hotel for doing this and received a warning on our room. Staff members became aggressive - getting close, pointing fingers and shouting. We highly recommend people do not waste their money at this hotel, there are plenty nicer alternatives in the area. Exactly the reason why this hotel is only 1 star.
