8-day stay, accommodation & breakfast. Facilities: Nice 2-room + kitchen apartment with a balcony and view of the sea and the harbor, somewhat 'dated' and renovation is underway (which we didn't find bothersome, by the way). Rooftop terrace with pool with a view of the harbor and sea. Very friendly and hospitable staff who make the stay as pleasant as possible. If breakfast is included; à la carte in the restaurant, wide choice, fresh and very tasty! No breakfast possible on Sundays and compensation was offered immediately, there is an alternative breakfast facility 200 m away. Lying: Almost ideal; 150m from the harbor with a great variety of terraces and eateries. 250 meters to the boulevard and beach, which is about a kilometer long, also with various eateries. Supermarkets, car rental, taxi stand; all within short walking distance. A possible disadvantage is that it is located in a narrow and busy street so that street noise can be heard in the apartment. My partner wasn't bothered by it, I myself sleep lightly and was woken up by it. Due to the 'outdated' interior and street noise, it's not a 5/5, but it is definitely recommended for a good stay that offers everything for a nice, relaxed vacation! The photos on the website are faithful.

A decent aparthotel, small, clean, with very friendly staff, 50 meters from the port, 5 minutes from the beach, breakfast can be had at the hotel bar for 4 people for 40-45€. It was quite affordable for us at the end of June. There are boats that go to Formentera, it is worth visiting. If you want to be away from the party area of Santa Eulalia, it is a good area, although I think there are too many older people.

We were greeted with a warm welcome on arrival and the staff are helpful and professional. The hotel is in a great location with bars ,restaurants,supermarkets ,beach and Marina very close by ,other reviews have mentioned some road noise but you are going to get that in such a good central location . Apartments are well equipped and comfortable and clean, I don’t think I’ve slept better on other holidays. The rooftop pool and terrace are a great chill out area with shade and comfortable loungers. We booked direct with the hotel and are already looking to book next year, the hotel and resort ticks so many boxes for a relaxing stay.
