Again a lovely holiday.A beautiful bedroom with amazing sea view.The staff are all amazing, kind and helpful.nothing is too much trouble at all.cleaniness and food are excellent and the staff work so hard in every aspect. From the restaurant to the bar always smiling and polite.something for everyone whatever age

We came here in June, and returned again in September for my husband's 80th birthday as we enjoyed it so much. He was delighted to receive a bottle of bubbly delivered to our room, courtesy of the hotel. A lovely touch. It is a fabulous 3 Star hotel in our opinion. The stand out things are the high standards of cleanliness, the friendly, hard-working & attentive staff in every single department and the brilliant entertainment crew. Even the lifeguards were very helpful & friendly. There are various pool terraces & gardens, so you can still have your own personal space away from the entertainment if you want a quieter area to relax. There are plenty of spare sunbeds stacked up if you are not an early riser. The food is very good for 3 Star. The restaurant staff work tirelessly, clearing tables & continually replenishing food. They keep everywhere very clean. We had an early morning flight home but we were still able to use the restaurant for hot drinks, toast & the cold buffet, which was great as we have not experienced this in other hotels. The bar staff do an amazing job and serve people very quickly, and always with a smile & lovely manners. The token system works really well and helps to keep everywhere clean & litter-free. We had a pool view room on the first floor. We were looked after very well by our daily cleaner. The atmosphere in the Ereso is lovely. It has a home from home feel. Because the staff are so friendly, it seems to filter through to the guests & this creates a lovely vibe which we haven't experienced anywhere else. We literally cannot recommend it highly enough and we are counting down the days until we can return next summer.

Returned to this well situated hotel after 16 years and generally had a great 14 nights . All the staff were amazing and that’s EVERYONE throughout the hotel ! The quality of the food and variety was great with always something for everyone. The entertainment team were brilliant as were the staff who ran the inside and outside bars, especially PAULA ! The range of ai drinks was also great ! An issue that really affected our experience was the smoking outside while trying to enjoy the entertainment and generally being outside, A smoking area would be a good idea . I’d definitely recommend The Ereso definitely !
