Recently returned from our vacation. This complex is rented to working young people and students. Absolutely not going with children. Many people here smoke all day and these people live mostly at night. Make a lot of noise and throw house parties at night with a lot of unsavory audience. We felt very intimidated. Several reports at the reception but no solution was found. Only the last day we were allowed to check out last minute later but by then we had packed everything and cleaned everything up so we could do little with that. Poor service. Complaint filed afterwards but communication is really very poor.

The photos do not correspond to the hotel, they are of the dog that came out. There is not even a sign for the hotel. I already told you that they had done a great marketing campaign!! It is a building next to the Salia canyon that looks abandoned as if it were being renovated. We feel totally cheated. We told the hotel staff and they agreed but they gave us no solution. As an improvement they let us use the facilities of the can salba but what made us most angry was feeling cheated for hiring something from another hotel and staying in a building in poor condition. You don't cheat or play with people, especially with children.
