The White Apartments by Ibiza Feeling

The White Apartments may be a physically beautiful property with clean rooms, but the horrific customer service makes this a place I would never recommend to anyone. Management seriously needs to retrain their staff, specifically a front desk agent named Pilar. From the moment I arrived, Pilar treated me with total hostility and disrespect. Because check-in is located at a completely different building (The Red Hotel) a common point of confusion, I called several times to ask for direction. When someone finally answered Instead of offering basic assistance, Pilar immediately began lecturing and berating me, repeatedly asking if I "read again or read carefully I would know what I need to do" and telling me I should have paid better attention. When I explained I never received the confirmation email, she condescendingly refused to re-send it, claiming it happens "all the time" and that guests just don't pay attention. If multiple guests make the same mistake daily, that is a failure of your system, not an excuse for your front desk staff to degrade paying customers. When I checked in with her in person, her demeanor was aggressive and deeply unsettling. She failed to provide a single piece of basic information about my stay. I was never told where the pool or spa were located, nor was I given details about the breakfast I had already paid for. Instead, she spent the interaction aggressively warning me that if my friend (who was simply standing nearby helping me translate and carry luggage), I mentioned several times he was not a guest and simply helping me with my bags that morning "stepped foot into the building," he had to register and pay. It made me feel like I was being watched on surveillance rather than welcomed as a guest. They have no customer service at the actual white apartments, so by this logic, a solo traveler who has a Uber/taxi driver kind enough to help with luggage, would need to register their Uber/taxi driver (a complete stranger) to their room. This seems a bit ridiculous for a hotel that has no staff at the property to assist clients when needed. The poor service continued the next morning. I called reception to ask about a late check-out option and was told I had to come down in person to discuss it. I was made to stand in line for 45 minutes just to be given a basic price quote, a simple number that could have easily been answered over the phone in 10 seconds. To top off this nightmare, after wasting 45 minutes of my morning standing in line, I returned to my room to pack. At 12:00 PM on the dot, the exact minute of check out, a staff member violently banged on my door like a police officer and shouted, "It's time to check out, it's time to go!" As I opened the door,I was literally grabbing my suitcase to walk out. I have never experienced a hotel actively banging on a door the second the clock turns to aggressively kick a paying guest out. The White Apartments has a severe staff culture problem. Hospitality requires basic human respect, kindness, and communication none of which exist at this front desk. If management is reading this, major improvements need to be made.

We spent 5 days in these apartments and they are great! Beachfront, incredible views, the best beaches very close by, and in the center of San Antonio. The cleanliness was very good and the people who worked there were super friendly.

On our wedding order in Ibiza the staff at The White Apartments have been very attentive with us. I made a special request and they made it with pleasure and professionalism, as well as being very detailed. We are delighted with the service. The modern and clean apartment. Close to the beach and close to all amenities. Taxi and Bus nearby. We'll be back.
