The location and atmosphere were awesome. Makam was the only employee that was very generous and helped me throughout my stay.

I travel very often all over the world, but I must say that I have rarely found such a well-kept hotel: complete cleanliness in every area, rooms always tidy, exceptional variety and quality of food, staff always available, and a perfect location for visiting the island. It will always be my next hotel for beach vacations. I recommend it to everyone who does not want any surprises, especially if you choose the "All inclusive" package.

The hotel was great however the housekeeping staff were awful. They entered our room every morning we stayed there for a week around 10am waking us up for no reason. Additionally on the morning we were checking out of the hotel, we were rushed in the morning with the housekeeping team repeatedly entering our room even before check in time and they entered the bathroom which my friend was in getting changed in multiple times. We had left a few items there of clothing we couldn't take back on the beds, however we left behind a makeup bag including personal identification and bank cards as we were being so rushed out of the door. We had stated to reception we were being rushed an accidentally left a bag behind however we were told the room was empty. We knew this was not true as we had intentionally left 3 dresses behind. They had called the housekeeping team who repeatedly said nothing had been left behind. The reception did look but didn't really understand that we knew the bag was in the room, they said they'd make contact with us the following day however they never did so I think they didn't really care about the severity of the situation. We did inform them we would go to the police as the bag included a lot of personal items and some of sentimental value only then did they take our name and email down and said they would contact us the next day but that never happened. I'd highly recommend keeping any valuable items stored in the safe. We have totalled over £500 worth of makeup and additionally bank cards and identification cards also stolen by the housekeeping staff.
