The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout our stay. It was always easy enough to get a sun lounger by the pool, which made for a very relaxing experience. The housekeeping and kitchen teams were outstanding—professional, hardworking, and always friendly. Our room was cleaned every day, and the bed was changed daily. The housekeeping staff deserve a medal for the incredible job they do. A special mention to Damm, Joseph, Raquel, and Maria. They were all exceptional and are real ambassadors for the hotel. Their passion, friendliness, and dedication to providing excellent service really stood out and made a positive difference to our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices. The freshly made omelettes were particularly good and definitely worth trying. The only thing I wasn’t aware of before arriving was that check-in isn’t until 4:00 pm. It would also be nice to see a warmer welcome from the reception team. As the first staff members guests encounter, a smile, a friendly greeting, and a more approachable attitude would help create a much better first impression. The hotel also lacks a bit of atmosphere in the evenings. While it’s a solid 4-star hotel overall, I think it would benefit from creating a livelier evening environment. Drink prices were also a little on the expensive side for the standard of the hotel, and reviewing these would help provide better value for guests. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The exceptional cleanliness and the outstanding service from the housekeeping, kitchen, and restaurant staff were the highlights of our visit.

This is an lovely hotel, very relaxed with wonderful staff. The hotel has two swimming pools and we were always able to find sun beds anytime we tried. Pool towels are supplied. The breakfast buffet was very good with an outside seating area as well as a large inside room. The rooms have a unusual arrangement with the shower cubicle leading straight into the bedroom, so a bit awkward when you are trying to get dry. Overall a lovely stay.

Perfect stay - spotless, beautiful vibes. We came as couples and this hotel absolutely topped off the holiday for us. The rooms are spotless and well appointed. The area is amazing, it’s within walking distance of everything. The pools are well maintained and the cabanas and sun loungers are great. Nothing worse than a flimsy plastic sun lounger. For us we didn’t want the rowdy pools with entertainment so you might miss that, if you do. I personally want a cocktail and my book in peace whilst snoozing off my hangover. Don’t hesitate to book for a relaxing, peaceful, tranquil stay.
