Positive Note: Location Negatives. From check in female receptionist very unhelpful. No info about apartment or location given. Lifts broken for two days. Air Con not working for 3 Days. No bathroom facilities around pool. Asked same receptionist for a hairdryer and iron as none in the room. She gave me a hairdryer and said we would have to wait until someone checks out before she could supply an iron . Another member of staff overheard and got us an iron.There for 12 nights and apt was cleaned once. We had a late flight and there was a shower in main building and our cases left in store room. When we were rearranging our bags the lady said we would have to do this in the shower room. This young lady needs serious training. Way overpriced and much nicer places for half the price in the area. Will not return to Apts but definitely Santa Eulalia.

Beautiful residence with the comfort that goes with it, personal very nice special mention to the housekeeper and technician for that kindness, apartment sea view nice pool Negative side very difficult of this parking in summer (parking of the residence paying 15 euros per day abused the on the other hand the price paid of the rental it should be free ) Thanks to the Welcoming People

Check on was not great. We arrived at 1pm but could not check on until 4. They are closed between 1-4. When we did get to our room it was very underwhelming. The apartment is very small for 4 although did have a decent balcony. The pool area is poor. Small pool and only 4 parasols. I asked for another one as they were all on use and it was hot. The life guard was sympathetic but could not get another one. He offered us his but we decided to squeeze into a sliver of shade against the back wall. This is the worst place I have ever stayed in during a Summer holiday. Not especially cheap either. On a positive note, the town seems quite nice and we have a hire car to go elsewhere during the day. I will ever be back here.
