In the restaurant I order thai food, it was not very nice, been in thailand many times and I know about their food, service no nice too, I didnt stay here, dont know about the rooms, food, better go across the strip to the indian place, much better

My room personally was good. I shared with a friend and there was a lot of room, 2 balconies conjoined that had a rubbish view including the neighbours apartment across the road, but a good view of the san Antonio bays strip. The bedding was clean, the small kitchen facilities were basic but they wasn't used as I went all inclusive. The bathroom was clean and tidy! My room was at the front of the hotel, so just above the strip and I slept fine with no problems of noise. My other friends room was not so good, it was hot, the air con didn't work and they come up in rashes. The beds were broken so they stayed on the mattresses on the floor and the room was very cramped compared to mine. Their view was looking at the wall of the hotel next door. They were not impressed. The staff members were rude and very unorganised. we arrived late and we took about 45 minutes to check in because the restaurant that was meant to be apart of the hotel (where we would've eaten) was closed down, so the hotel staff had to organise something else for us. The cleaners would come every other day and the outside pool was cleaned once a week which is very unhygienic! During my time around the pool, we were normally joined with the public of san Antonio bay which were young boys smoking cannabis and causing problems/ being loud. San Antonio Bay is very family orientated, there was a lot of play areas around but on the strip which could be dangerous I guess if the parents aren't keeping a good look out with there also being men known as 'looky looky men' around trying to sell false goods and sometimes drugs. San Antonio (the west end) where the main strip of Ibiza is. It is not far away, about a 10 minute drive or 20/25 minute walk!! This hotel is OK for people just going away and using the hotel for literally just a place to stay. This is a perfect example of 'you get what you paid for'. I personally wasn't disappointed in my stay here and I really enjoyed my holiday!
