Just back from 11 nights here and loved it! The staff were fantastic, from the moment we arrived through to poolside drinks and dinner hospitality. The food was also great, we really enjoyed the variety and new theme each evening. The all inclusive drinks were also really good, even the wine which I’m usually fussy about!! There were great walks both to Es Cana and Santa Eulalia, albeit it was a bit hot after 10am to walk very far! The free kayaks were great fun in the heat, loved exploring. The rooms were well equipped, a little small but very clean and modern. The only criticism is that they didn’t have a great selection of weights in the gym, however the spin bikes and running machines were good. Overall we loved our experience and would definitely return. We had a fab time. Thank you all at Iberostar.

As always, the good points first, and there are many many of them.. The staff, each and every one of you deserve huge credit..your friendliness, curtesy and professionalism are a credit to you all..we stayed for 4 nites and on nite 1, my wife realised she had left a key medical supply at home..the staff at reception were amazing, making phone calls, on our behalf to try and source what we needed..we are truly grateful.. We paid extra for a “ star prestige “ room and the rooms were spacious, tidy, cleaned everyday and we had a great sea view..the food was fresh everyday and offered a different selection every time, albeit we did find lunch options were very limited.. No issues with the pool, the hotel is a 2 minute walk to the beach and the grounds were very well maintained, clean and there was always something wandering around tidying up.. What let this hotel down, and these are not first world problems but I think it’s important to be honest, especially when you pay £3k for a 4 nite stay.. 1 - The hotel state they will remove any towels dumped on loungers and left for more than 45 minutes..they don’t..it’s the usual bun fight for beds and there are dozens of beds lying empty with towels dumped on them and people then disappear for hours.. 2 - The hotel say pool hours are 10-6..don’t get me wrong, it was nice they didn’t rigorously stick to this because it was very very hot, but drunk folk jumping in and out of the pool after midnight got very annoying very quickly..nobody did anything about this.. 3 - The extra money you pay for Star Prestige is simply not worth it..yes you get to sit in a wee corner of the restaurant but that was it, it wasn’t any quieter, you still have to go get your food etc.. You also get access to the roof top bar etc, and don’t get me wrong the views are spectacular, but if you sit by the ground floor pool, someone serves you drinks etc but, if your on the roof, you have to go and get your own..it doesn’t seem to make sense.. And finally, the turn down service..I’m not an expert on what a turn down service involves but, despite paying for it, all we got was 2 chocolates on our bed, per nite, and on one nite, someone put a very cheap pair of slippers next to the bed, that was it.. Overall though, a really nice hotel that I would definitely consider visiting again..

The hotel itself is nice and clean. Also there is a nice atmosphere. The rooms are small compared to the price. Wifi does not always work on the room. The location is not ideal as there is nothing around. You will always need to take a cab or rent a car. Yesterday we have been waiting with 20 guests of the hotel for more than an hour on a cab.... The dinner is really really a pitty.. .First night Marrocian, than Indian and today Seafood....There is nothing else you can eat during these nights, which is a shame.
