Great hotel, great weather, great entertainment team

Pros The hotel is located in the silent corner of Sant Antoni, close by to shops, restaurants and 6 mins walking to Cala Bou. The room and the bathroom are clean and the wifi is fast. The rooms have balcony. The food, served in all incl. is enough for everyone. They have children's club activities. They have large car park which is free for hotel guests. The hotel staff at the restaurant is kind. Cons -The food in the restaurant is only above average and in the kitchen it is not a surprise they are out of forks or spoons -When we agreed to have our breakfast 20 mins earlier than the official opening time on our check-out day, the guy at the reception (which we never saw before) started to create a scene that we are not 20 mins earlier but we were 10 mins earlier, so we were late. We managed to pack our bags and check out on time, but this guy was arguing unnecessarily when the kitchen door was, literally, open, so all we needed to do is open the door and get in and the kind people at the restaurant let us in. -There is a kids pool, crowded, with full sunbeds, which people were putting their towels, at 08:00 in the morning, when the pool was not open officially. We saw people sitting in the sunbeds, when the staff was still cleaning the pool in the morning, they simply jumped over the chain and did not care about the rules. They have an adult only pool, small, and the children wwre not allowed. So you have 2 options noisy, kids pool, or adult only pool. If your kid and you like some tranquility, being in the same pool, forget about it, because a guy comes and tells you children are not allowed in adult area because there is no lifeguard. The pool is smaller than our living room. -They have slot game machines, working with coins, and there is no way to get coins in the hotel, you need to walk to the shops to get some coins. We are in 2026, who is carrying cash, let alone coins. -The food in snack area is tasteless. -You need to pay 1 euro to weigh your luggage in the reception area. -People are smoking a lot in the pool area and during the entertainment in the evening. -They are not answering their phones or return your e-mail, so forget about pre or post stay communication.
