Staff at the front desk was extremely rude and unacommadating. My friends and I booked a hotel here, I was only staying for one night. When I arrived, they didn’t allow me to go into the room I paid for (a room split between me and my friends) they were yelling at me and telling me I cannot stay because no guests allowed. I offered extra payment for my stay and they still didn’t allow me to stay with no other room in Ibiza. I spent money at this hotel bought food and a drink, and when I came back at the end of the night I went to the lobby to charge my phone and sit in the lobby until my flight. The rude concierge started harrassing me asking me what room I’m staying in and how I only have 20 minutes to charge my phone. I explained to him my situation and how I even spent money there and his response was “ so what that money didn’t go to me” very disgusting behaviour for a hotel concierge to be acting this way. All the staff was actually rude, and then he threatened to call the police on me because I told him how I have travelled the world lots and I’m from North America and how this is the first time I have experienced something like this. He got angry that I spoke up and then proceeded to “call the police” I ended up leaving anyway because I did not want to stay at that place anymore. I don’t recommend this hotel it’s shady and you can’t even book directly through them you can only book through third parties. Bad customer service, horrible policy, and outdated room with a basic pool similar to a holiday inn. Save your dollars your better off staying at a hostel than this garbage.

Absolutely perfect hotel cannot fault it!! The place is immaculate every part of the hotel is spotless, every member of staff we encountered were helpful and happy!! The ladies on reception are so nice and chatty and the bar staff are amazing!! It is the perfect location we are a 40 year old couple who wanted to go to a club but the have chilled days and there is so much to do within 15 minutes of the hotel I will be recommending brisa to everyone thank you to all the staff for a perfect holiday :)

Perfect budget get away! Check in can take a while if a few groups arrive at once. Hotel takes 50 euro to hold I assume in case of any damage to the room etc after all most people staying at this hotel are young couples groups hens stags etc. hotel provides towels which are 10 euro but you get 5 back when you hand the towel back in. Rooms are basic but clean. Food & drinks were great round the pool and reasonably priced! All staff friendly had no issues at all. Noise.. just be prepared for doors slamming loud music playing shouting etc all hours because that’s the type of hotel this is in season because it’s a budget hotel in San Antonio if you’re looking for a relaxing break I would look elsewhere but a party holiday you can’t go wrong has everything you need just remember to pack some ear plugs! They worked wonders for me. Taxi to hotel from airport is £35/37 euro. A few local supermarkets very close to hotel. 6 minute walk to Ibiza rocks which was such a fab day! Would I stay again? Absolutely if I was going on a party holiday. Rooms don’t have a fridge, all have aircon.
