Property far from the beach. I do not recommend the half-board; the dinner buffet is unspeakable, repetitive, and full of frozen food, never a Spanish specialty. My room was not cleaned for 2 days, I even found the do not disturb sign on my door, even though I hadn't put it there, and the elderly and super tanned receptionist yelled at me in a very arrogant and rude way, showing no interest in my report about the lack of cleaning. He said it wasn't the hotel's problem... I don't know who paid his salary... In any case, it is mind-boggling... to finally be on vacation and be yelled at. Staff that stressed should be put on leave...

I visited Ibiza for the first time. I chose this facility with my agency. As soon as we arrived, we immediately realized it was the best. The hotel is very clean, spacious rooms, and they changed the towels every day; the room cleaning was top-notch. A big thank you to all the hotel staff, you made us feel at home. I recommend this facility. Thank you to everyone, and I hope to see you again one day. It is not a goodbye but a see you later.
