Excellent hotel, facilities were great!! Enjoyed the spa very good. Hotel is close to dalt villa, and the views up there are spectacular and some lovely restaurants. Breakfast was 10/10 everything you need. It is in a noisy area but we are in a city, we just used our ear plugs at night time. Staff very attentive and reception were friendly and helped us with car hire to. Room was very modern lots of coffee and tea. Would definitely come back here. Loved it the only downfall was the pool was freezing which was a shame as I love a swim

Previously made booking (7 rooms /14 people) was mistakenly cancelled by booking.com due to handling incorrect credit card in paypal, not by my responsibility. As a result, I was obliged to make a new booking at an additional cost of almost 2000 euros.
By booking directly with the hotel, this additional cost could be limited to 1300 euros. Unfortunately, no further discussion or negotiation was possible here.
further feedback is about hotel itself:
Upon check-in, immediate settlement via payment link was expected and enforced before I received my own key (7 rooms booked). The fact that there was a small time delay on this via MC seemed strange to the receptionist. when you can pay for 6300 euros seemed to me a bit more customer friendliness and trust was appropriate.
During the last 2 hours of our stay our room appeared to be occupied by cleaning lady who was extensively cleaning and makes no preparation to return at a later date.
This was a slightly less fun experience despite all the positive travel experiences

My stay at Eurostars Puerto de Ibiza was unfortunately marked by a serious lack of sleep and an overall feeling of poor service.
The main issue was the temperature in the room. The air conditioning was set to heating only, and we were advised by staff to simply open the window. This was not a viable solution, as the hotel is located next to several bars with noisy guests, a supermarket, luggage storage, and heavy traffic including motorcycles and cars. We could even clearly hear conversations from other guests on nearby balconies. The noise continued throughout most of the night and only quieted down between 3:00 AM and 5:30 AM, resulting in very limited and poor-quality sleep.
The breakfast buffet, however, was very good, and the staff there were active, attentive, and genuinely friendly – definitely one of the highlights of the stay.
Unfortunately, the reception experience was the opposite. The staff seemed indifferent and not particularly welcoming, mostly focused on their computers. There was barely any interaction, not even during check-out, where you would normally expect at least a basic level of engagement.
The room itself was okay, but it was difficult to see how it qualifies as “Deluxe” as described in the booking. We had to ask for coffee every day, and only one cup per person was provided daily. The bathroom also had a leak, which appeared to have been there for some time, as the nearby furniture showed visible signs of water damage.
The pool area was locked during our stay, which was disappointing—especially as the weather was nice. It would have been appreciated just to have access to the area, even without using the pool.
Overall, the hotel does not meet expectations. The lack of proper sleep due to constant noise, combined with poor handling of indoor climate and an unengaged reception team, significantly impacted our stay and overall vacation experience.
