We have now stayed at Palladium White Island twice—10 days last year and 6 days this year—and once again it exceeded all of our expectations. We honestly couldn’t recommend it more.
The hotel is absolutely amazing. The food is outstanding, with so much variety, and the à la carte restaurants are exceptional. Every meal was delicious, and the drinks were fantastic with plenty of choice and great quality.
A special thank you to Jaime, the manager, who truly went above and beyond for us during our stay. He is an incredible manager who genuinely cares about his guests and made our holiday even more special. We would also like to thank Maria, who was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. Her support meant a lot to us.
Every single member of staff deserves recognition—from reception and Guest Services to the bar staff, restaurant teams, and housekeeping. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything you need. They make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
The hotel itself is spotless, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing, and it’s clear that the staff take great pride in keeping everything to such a high standard.
