Fiesta Hotel Club Palm Beach

A very nice hotel for families, with everything being made to make your stay a great experience. Food is good, beverage is good and service is generally excellent. Special thanks to the incredible María Jesus and Alicia as we met at the front desk and they gently, efficiently and quickly arrange for our last day to be perfect (despite our little one was sick). We will keep a warm souvenir of you both. We will come back, for sure.

Checkout policy is third class they dont give you time to pack your bags they just come to the room and ask you to leave no matter what you are sleeping or what they just call security gurds to remove you from the room

We have now stayed at Palladium White Island twice—10 days last year and 6 days this year—and once again it exceeded all of our expectations. We honestly couldn’t recommend it more. The hotel is absolutely amazing. The food is outstanding, with so much variety, and the à la carte restaurants are exceptional. Every meal was delicious, and the drinks were fantastic with plenty of choice and great quality. A special thank you to Jaime, the manager, who truly went above and beyond for us during our stay. He is an incredible manager who genuinely cares about his guests and made our holiday even more special. We would also like to thank Maria, who was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. Her support meant a lot to us. Every single member of staff deserves recognition—from reception and Guest Services to the bar staff, restaurant teams, and housekeeping. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything you need. They make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The hotel itself is spotless, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing, and it’s clear that the staff take great pride in keeping everything to such a high standard. Thank you to everyone at Palladium White Island for another unforgettable holiday. We can’t wait to come back again!
