La Kiki Apartamentos

I had booked with a rate on booking.com with a 50% cancellation fee on 07/20 for a double booking from 8/4 to 08/09 for 5 nights; due to my oversight, I had not canceled it on booking.com due to a change of plans. After discovering the charge on my credit card, I immediately requested a refund, from booking and the property in person and via email, total or at least partial, admitting my forgetfulness. They did not give any possibility; I specify that I am a travel agent and there is always room for understanding customer errors. I advise everyone against having situations of this kind with this establishment.

Second year staying here, great place, great sunset view, amazing Breakfast, very clean and user friendly - already booked for next year!

La Kiki was even better this year than last. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy. There is a good sized pool which is also clean and reception will also provide pool towels (with a deposit) which is helpful if you are coming with only carry on luggage. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of hot and cold foods, coffee, tea and a selection of juices. There is also a bar menu throughout the day and an excellent selection of 10 Euro cocktails. Overall Kiki is a lovely relaxing hotel and highly recommended for those searching for a chilled holiday experience.
