Important premise: we are a group of four friends and we have stayed at this facility for 4 years, multiple times a year, without having any particular problems, especially since we have always only used the room for the bare minimum (shower and a few hours of sleep). This year's stay was disappointing due to the treatment received at check-out. At the time of key return, we were confirmed that we could use, as we already knew, the luggage storage and shower service when retrieving our bags on the same day after being at the beach. However, upon our return, we were denied the ability to take a shower in the designated facilities because, according to the receptionist SIMONA, it was no longer the scheduled time. It should be noted that there is no indication or regulation regarding this and that the staff was truly rude towards us. Beyond the denied service, the disappointing experience was dictated by the behavior of "Ms. SIMONA," who during our request for clarification only raised her voice, saying things like "there is no time limit for the service, but it is 10 PM, it is logical that it is late," "if you want to take a shower, book a room now," "it is not necessary for you to take a shower," "we are in Ibiza, if you want, pay." In conclusion, for 4 years we had a normal experience, indeed with good attention and kindness at the reception from Paolo, but this time we cannot say the same; there was a total lack of professionalism, respect, and courtesy towards us. It would be appreciated to receive clarifications from staff members or responsible personnel to understand such rudeness and rude responses towards those who work in contact with the public. WE WILL NOT RETURN FOR THE NEXT TRIP TO IBIZA

They deserve one star solely for the excellent staff working there, particularly Ms. Simona, who on the day of check-out informed us of the possibility to return in the evening to use the restrooms and take a shower after the beach. However, upon our return, we were denied access because, in her judgment, it was too late, even though this service was not subject to any specific time or regulation. Bringing to her attention the inconvenience this would cause us, her response was: "It is not necessary for you to wash." A somewhat unprofessional and disrespectful attitude towards the guests. But

Don't come here and expect to sleep. It's a joke. Above,below and each side loud all night every night. Slamming doors back and forth each others rooms. Last night no sleep til 5 am!! Complain to reception and they do f...all !Shop next door sells 24hr liquor! So unless you want to be exhausted don't bother! Yeah its cheaper than some apartments and close to the beach. 20 mins walk from town. Close to supermarkets. Good location; bad experience for a holiday .Stayed 4 times over last 6 years and its become worse each time. Never again. Can't wait for week to end! Too tired to do what we wanted. Rubbish cooking facilities! Utensils etc probably hate brits!
