I had a bad experience with this hotel. I paid for 4 nights of accommodation, and on the 3 night I was alone in the hotel room by phone, when I heard punches on the wall and suddenly a hotel employee knocked very hard on my door at 3am and opened the door with the hotel key, I was scared, he invaded my room, screamed a lot and said that I was expelled from the hotel by noise (but I was alone lying down and making noise), the employee almost assaulted me, blocked the door with my foot so I couldn't close the door, I was very scared. 1 hour later my friend arrived at the hotel and was also threatened by the employee. As we slept after 11:00 a.m., the owner of the hotel knocked hard on our door, when we opened it he started shouting a lot with us and pointing his finger to our face in an extremely aggressive tone, saying we had 10 minutes to leave his hotel. We were two Brazilian women in another country, I doubt if they were men he would have done it! We felt extremely disrespected and invaded. POOR HOTEL

Not a room with a view but we literally slept, showered here. Lovely good quality bed and furniture House keeping came in each day The clean, fresh smell hits you on arrival and each time you enter the reception area. Great location, 1 minute walk to Taiba hotel for lovely pool area, fantastic cafeteria and bar. - reasonably priced. 2 mins to main square and fountains, just across the Rd from the Harbour. We didn’t book breakfast but purchased coffees in the morning For €2 each: Husband said the food looked and smelt lovely We did use the little gym and the shower room on our departure day. Both very clean Christian the reception Lad is very welcoming, friendly and would give advice on areas to go walking to. He really is a credit to this hotel We would definitely stay here again.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Rooms without any acoustic insulation. We were expelled for talking on the cellphone in the morning inside the room. They opened the door without permission, even with us inside, we were just two women. We felt real fear of what could happen to us that night. The receptionists were extremely masculine, shouted and threatened us and, at various times, made clear gestures that they would attack us. Besides all this the private does not work and the fridge bar does not freeze. Bad experience! Do not recommend! Posting a photo of one of the receptionists who almost assaulted us, they need to be exposed.
