Osiris Ibiza

The hotel is located just outside the real center of San Antonio, about 20 minutes walk down the promenade, very nice to do! Because it is not right in the center, nice and quiet! Around the corner is a supermarket, the beach is a 1-minute walk, the bus stop for the trip to and from the airport is opposite the hotel. The pool is not very large, but the water temperature was fine for a nice cool down. The towels could only be placed on the sunbeds from 9 am, great solution to counter the very early birds, not a single day we had to bother to find 2 empty beds. The bedroom is basic but has everything we needed, with fresh towels every day and a cleaning of the room. All the food we found tasteful, both breakfast and dinner. The staff was friendly, certainly willing to answer our questions about eg bus connections. Once in our week there was live music on the pool terrace. The gym is a bit basic, but has plenty of opportunities to move around nicely. We will definitely be back!

I stayed in this hotel with my sister from June 21 to June 28 on June 26, a man came in from outside the hotel and so stole my bag at the pool where I was that day with all my personal belongings passport , driver's license , phone wallet, sunglasses , watch and some more stuff I went to the staff when I found out to indicate that this happened They really did nothing except make an appointment with the police to report Not once did someone ask how I was doing while I was crying I asked to call the manager of the hotel but he didn't come he sent his daughter who couldn't have a normal conversation I just wanted them to listen and show empathy or at least offer a drink or show interest in supporting me with things to arrange but none of that The next day I saw the manager I talked to him but that didn't work out because this had never happened before! And by the way, there are also images of the person who stole my bag! He was so angry that he grabbed me by the arm and that's a manager of a hotel I was in this hotel for the fifth time but also the same time last time The only ones who assisted me and my sister were the Dutch guests who also stayed at this hotel who were also angry and disappointed that the owner did nothing to help us Furthermore, they had also placed us in a budget / advantage room while we had paid for a normal room incidentally we were not the only one in the hotel where this has happened They can always try of course Also, everyone can write to breakfast and dinner There is no control over who has booked what The hotel is not secured anyone can walk in and out This is obvious because otherwise my bag would never have been stolen I would never recommend this hotel I'm giving it a fat F.

Amazing experience at this hotel. Immaculately clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast with loads of choice and nice coffee. The pool was epic- big enough to have a swim around unlike some other pools I saw. Some days were busy for sunbeds and others not so I suppose it depends . It was hilarious watching the 9am stampede in the hotel opposite each morning! Most of our fellow guests were Dutch or German and all - on the whole - an older crowd. Some young loud women in the hotel opposite but Osiris was quiet and relaxed. We had a small balcony overlooking the garden. The room had a great safe, fridge, telly ( with some British channels) and amazing air conditioning . Bathroom was spacious and spotless. A lady had a bag stolen from the pool side so just be sensible and keep valuables in your free safe. Reception staff were efficient and organised a very good taxi ride for our departure- thank you guys!
