Rosalia

24 hour whistle stop trip to Ibiza and we were looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful and definitely found it with the Rosalia. We were met by the cheery staff on arrival, booked in quickly and with ease and went straight to our room. First thing we noticed was the strong smell of weed from an adjoining room, but other than that was pleasantly surprised. Room was basic but clean and spacious. Air con was not expected but worked well. We got changed into swimwear quickly and went down to the pool. The whole pool area was clean and tidy and there was no one else there, so was like having a private pool. The reception staff also do the bar, so we headed in to get drinks for round the pool. Brilliant measures, proper Gin and Vodka at very reasonable prices, especially considering we were in San Antonio. Beds were comfy and we had a decent night sleep. Shower the next morning wasn't great due to water pressure, but it did the job. The reception staff again were very friendly in the morning and assisted with a taxi back to the airport. All in all, cheap and cheerful, with a great location for heading out on the night.

The reviews of this hotel are not the most exciting, but our experience was really great! My partner and I had a great time: the cleanliness was impeccable, with the cleaning ladies who passed every day at convenient times and arranged everything with care. All the staff proved extremely kind and helpful, always ready to help with the smile. We also had a nice balcony in the room (we had requested it when booking) which turned out to be a really nice little extra. The pool, although small, is perfect for a moment of relaxation before returning to the room. The location of the hotel is another highlight: very central, within walking distance of shops, attractions and the beach. We rented a car and, although in the evening it can take a few minutes to find parking, in the end you always find a place. At certain times, by the way, it is also free! In conclusion: we would stay there again without hesitation. Don't be discouraged by the negative reviews, our experience was more than positive!

Dismal service of the receptionist very ill educated and with little vocation of service to the people. We asked you to please change the reservation we had mistakenly booked for a day earlier. We had seen in booking that they had more than 5 rooms left for the next day. He didn't even look at it, making his boss excuse, I'll never book again and of course, I'll advise against it.
