This hotel was fabulous when it came to a different selection of alcoholic drinks but on the down side the food was poor we’d arrive dead on 7:30 when the restaurant opened yet all the food was cold for an all inclusive i expected a lot more, number one more food options for allergy’s and number 2 for the food to be hot, very disappointing, when we arrived into the hotel room the room was swamped with ants. We had the cleaner come into our room once and it didn’t look like they had even done anything, beds weren’t made, towels and bedding weren’t replaced, and ants where still everywhere, this was disgusting service. One last thing to add to this whole experience was the fact that we arrived back to the hotel at 12pm and was followed around by security with a follow up of them banging on our door simply because I was having a shower. Not the experience we expected for an all inclusive hotel.
