We recently returned from a fantastic 10-night stay at Sirenis Seaview Hotel in Ibiza as a family of four with a 4-year-old and an 8-year-old.
The hotel itself is looking a little tired in places, and the rooms are quite dated, so they could definitely do with some TLC. However, they were kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay thanks to the hardworking housekeeping team.
The buffet food was much better than we expected, with plenty of variety and something for everyone each day. We were pleasantly surprised by both the quality and choice.
The entertainment team deserve a special mention. They work tirelessly from morning until night and provide, without doubt, the best family holiday entertainment we've ever experienced. Their energy and enthusiasm made a huge difference to our holiday.
Our son attended the football academy for six days, and the coaches were absolutely fantastic. They were brilliant with the children, and he loved every minute of it. It was one of the highlights of his holiday.
A big shout-out also goes to Daniel behind the bar, who was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. He always made sure our drinks were topped up with a smile and provided excellent service.
Overall, while the hotel could benefit from some refurbishment, everything else was superb. The amazing staff, great food, fantastic entertainment, and family-friendly atmosphere made this a holiday to remember. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to families with young children.

This is our 3rd time back in the hotel Last time here was 10 years ago.
I was beyond disappointed that despite emailing the hotel 3 times to ask to be beside each other , a family of 6 and all children under 12 - we were put at different ends of the block. No interconnecting rooms would discourage me from visiting - a week is fine living for 1 week but its probably one of the only holiday villages with none. Majorca Turkey and Rhodes all have interconnecting.
The staff all work extremely hard in all areas. I cannot fault that.
The hotel is dated but it is in disrepair in areas and needs to be fixed. Bad floods last year damaged some areas. Floor boards lifting in corridors, doors jammed with swelling in one of our rooms and a smell of damp. Even the drawers and wardrobe doors not free flowing. ( Sunflower building)
Tiles broken and the bridge at the pool the boards are wobbling and dangerous.
Parasols and sunloungers are broken & dated and a simple replacement of sun parasols would improve the appearance.
Sun bed wars. The hotel needs to address people putting towels down over night. If your not at your towel it should be removed before 8am like every other hotel. Loads of early risers enjoying the sunrise but v frustrating when rows are covered in towels and no one about.
Food was lovely, cannot complain. Good choice every evening though I would say labelling of food was poor. It can be very noisy so we tried to sit outside when possible. The ice cream section needs ice cream scoops or someone at that station serving it.
Hard to get restaurant reservations but we did visit the Italian which was fabulous.
Some guests lack basic manners which is the same everywhere.
No lights at the astro for the kids to play on after dark. Water park a great addition to pass a few hours.
Area around the hotel is beautiful. The beach is stunning.
