The Blue Apartments by Ibiza Feeling

Great location and the rooms were decent, which made for a promising start. However, when we arrived, the balcony door did not lock, which was a concern. Although we chose to continue with our stay, the room was also not cleaned daily as expected. The biggest issue came at check-out, where we were unexpectedly fined €100 for an “unclean room,” despite having put all our rubbish into the provided bin bags and bins. There was no prior warning or clear explanation, which was very disappointing. Unfortunately, due to the lack of customer service and how this situation was handled, I would not choose to stay here again.

We have stayed in the blue apartments many times and also stayed in both the white and red. I can’t rate this hotel group highly enough, they always go above and beyond to help you and the accommodation was absolutely perfect for our trip. Fabulous! Thank you 😃😃

Do not stay at this hotel!!! worst hotel in ibiza. checked in to find bed hadn’t even been made and no pillows or sheets lol. Even had to argue half an hour to get a refund. Then found they committed fraud against me. This place should be shut down.
