Stay here, you will not be disappointed! Room clean, bright and well maintained. Great beds and powerful shower Pool area and outdoor space is amazing, very green, tidy, bright and airy. Staff are great. Very helpful and friendly Good location, beach, nice bar and restaurants near by. Overall fab please and nice atmosphere when you walk in the door. Will definately be returning.

Place was perfect, really nice friendly staff, rooms really nice and clean, great beds Pool area is great, just as good as any other resort or beach club, food and drinks are well priced. It was so nice here I didn’t feel the need to wonder out in the afternoon to find anywhere else at all. Food also brilliant

Usually stay at large 4 star hotel in the bay, but decided it was time for a change this year. After reading the good reviews for this family run hotel decided to risk it, and so glad we did. From the start we were really impressed. Although the room was basic it was really clean and stayed that way for the whole 8 day holiday thanks to the lovely cleaning lady. Shower pressure was brilliant and no issues with cold or Luke warm water as we have had in past at other hotels. You can have breakfast and lunch there if required, food freshly prepared, ample and good price, also packed lunch if wanted for days out. Fernando, Andrea and all the staff were lovely, very helpful with advice about eating out, giving directions and calling taxies at any time for you if needed, Andrea speaks very good English. The walk down to the port and Bay Area probably takes 15 to 20 mins depending on how fast you walk, but there are so many bars and restaurants on the way that walking wasn’t an issue, we didn’t really take notice of how far or time taken. Cafe Mambo etc are even closer. Pool and outside space was peaceful and clean. Free WiFi air conditioning and safe all a big bonus. Unfortunately my Husband has to work whilst we are away so WiFi important, no issues with that at all. One small downside was lack of drawer space for underwear and small items, and I agree that a kettle in the room would have been nice. This hotel is definitely the one we will go to if we stay in San Antonio in future. Thank you to all at Hostal Valencia for wonderful holiday
