I went last year, I really hope by now it has improved but this is my experience. On arrival it was late & dark, we wasn’t shown to our room & when you get there you’ll understand just how big it is, eventually after searching for over 45 mins I had to go to reception for help, on the way saw several cockroaches dead and alive! Once we eventually got in the room there were cockroach feces under the table, on the kitchen counter and in the bathroom, now I’m not overly fussy but do expect a clean room on arrival! The next morning I went to reception to say that the room needed a good clean, you know when they cleaned it?? 10 DAYS LATER!! That’s right I was back and forth with the hotel and the rep and it only got cleaned 10 days into our holiday, we were there for 14 days!! So
Instead of enjoying our holiday I was back and forth trying to get our room cleaned and feces removed, the rep visited me twice, she was even bombarded by other holiday makers after visiting me as they don’t have a rep at this hotel unless you need one, some were complaining of BED BUGS too!! Even when the rep came and saw it for herself she was disgusted, the hotel manager repeatedly said that it will be cleaned and it wasn’t!! There are cockroaches EVERYWHERE!! Several in our room and my 3 children were so scared they couldn’t sleep, one crawled up my daughter’s arm whilst she was sitting at the table drawing (they’re massive as well!) and one was above her bed as she was getting ready for bed, a few were in the bathroom & several were on our balcony, we couldn’t have the door open it was that bad!! We think they were coming through the air con as no windows and doors were open once we saw how bad it was!! We had several centipedes, wood lice and also ants in the room too!! It was a nightmare!! I even saw one in the dining room crawling over all the BREAD and informed a member of staff straight away, there were flys over much of the food and dirty plates too so much so we couldn’t eat in there in the end and went out for dinner every single night!! All around the hotel was dirty, bins left overflowed, things spilled and not cleaned up, so why I know there will be insects ect because of the location this did not help the already bad situation of cockroaches!! Bar staff were lovely and friendly and so were the cleaners and reception staff. The manger should not be, she was useless sorry to say, she was so unhelpful and full of broken promises & told me that if I had any issues, not to tell the rep but to tell her! We had not one but two massive fights happen in the bar area too, chairs flying all over that place & people panicking because they were with their kids and rightly so!! Both times the guards were called! All in all I would never ever return to this hotel again, worst place I’ve been to, this is the first bad review I’ve had to write but I wished I’d seen a review like this before I booked it.

I took my daughter, her friend and my mum here for a 5 night affordable break. We were hugely impressed. Location was great, up a big hill but not a problem. The apartment although in need of a bit of decoration was clean and spacious. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The all inclusive food and drink served us brilliantly. All four of us with different food preferences were happily fed well every meal time. The entertainment staff worked very hard and provided fun every day. The hotel staff in general were helpful. Special mention to the cleaning staff who were very polite every morning.
We had a fantastic stay and would have loved to stay longer.
Absolute value for money.
Recommend.

Just returned from a really restful 3 night break. I was apprehensive having read some of the recent reviews but as is often the case, we needn’t have worried.
Our room was ideally located behind the pool bar and all amenities. Our room was clean, basic with a good shower and fantastic aircon which was much appreciated. We both struggled with locking the door but that was the only real negative about our room.
My daughter and I are vegetarian and I’m quite fussy with coffee but we found the food fantastic. Plenty on offer at breakfast including breads, yogurts, fruit, cooked and cold items on offer. The coffee was actually really nice. I stuck with cappuccino from the coffee machine and it was perfectly pleasant.
The snack bar made fresh salad sandwiches, with fresh fruit and salad on offer which was really delicious. There were burgers, hot dogs and fries also on offer.
Evening meals were really tasty. We enjoyed the vegetable paella, cheesy pasta with pizza one evening and the Mexican beans and nachos on another. As mentioned above, we aren’t meat eaters but there seemed to be plenty of variation for those who are. My only slight gripe would be the very limited offer of vegetarian desserts and ice creams. It was very hot and it would have been nice to have an ice cream at certain times of the day included in the all inclusive offer. This wouldn’t put us off coming again though.
The hotel grounds are really pretty with gorgeous gardens. It’s not a modern hotel and definitely has more of a traditional feel to it. We found the swimming pool to be excellent and a good size.
A special mention to Natalie who was always so polite, positive and full of energy!
Thank you for a lovely short stay. We will most definitely be back!
