Fiesta Hotel Cala Nova

Bless Cala Nova is great if you love screaming kids, content creators, poor service, terrible maintenance and 3.5 star hotel food. However, if you are looking for peace and tranquility, refined food and great service, you will be sorely disappointed. We stayed for 5 nights and the hotel was pretty quiet except for a large wedding party and the day pass contingent (see later). While we were there, the hotel Epic rooftop and pool were closed for a day due to a wedding. The main restaurant was also closed for an evening due to a private event. Both events were announced with little or no advanced notice. Be aware, the hotel sells day passes for 120 or 150 Euros per person. This is 100% redeemable for food and services. Almost all day beds are full of content creators and other day pass users with their kids. Definitely will not be returning for the inconsistent/surly service, average breakfast and poorly maintained rooms (e.g. many lights do not work, doors do not close). The hotel values groups and content creators over couples. There were however a few redeemable qualities I would like to finish with. Liz from Guest Experience was a breath of fresh air and was exceptional. Noe likewise on Front Desk was exceptional too. If you do stay at Bless Cala Nova, I recommend visiting Aiyanna restaurant on the nearby beach. Amazing food, great service and value for money.

The hotel is not so new anymore and that’s why you can see very used sheets , towels , stinky bathrooms or noisy doors . The spa was one time very beautiful, now you can’t find a hairdryer , towels or other amethyst’s for a 5 * hotel . Most of the personal is young without experience, verget what you order and unpolite , not careful with the guests ,agoin for a 5 * hotel. The location and the breakfast are amazing, maybe one of the restaurants is ok , but rest is all very poor .

Excellent hotel. Beautiful location in Calle Nova just outside Santa Eulària. Hotel is impeccable. Fantastic service. Great pool area. Good restaurants.
