Hotel Real

We stayed here on our way north to Santa Cruz.....it's central and easy to find. The room we had was a fairly miserable place without windows to the outside...just to a glazed corridor. The bed was comfortable enough and everything was reasonably clean. Breakfast was very basic, but that's not so unusual in Chile...(although in general it's getting better.) Secure parking. It felt rather like staying in a waiting room! I noticed that the guy charged me more than the price list suggested on wall the in the reception area..... this was more of an irritation than anything else, as it wasn't very expensive anyway.
