Everything suggested that it would be a good stay but as soon as you arrived and entered the room the problems began, flies at shovel point, air conditioning pouring omen inside the living room (in the bedrooms not a sad fan) the shutters of the broken windows, comfortable for clothes with drawers throw dust, painted on the walls, ball of hairs under the beds, broken light switches, plugs without embellishments and lamp of the kitchen full of mosquitoes aaa and the fridge without light, in short some of the damage was fixed after going to reception others solved it with taking the dresser and not putting another in its place. Another thing I didn’t understand is that being the place where people get up early to go on routes doesn’t try to go to the cafeteria before 9 because it’s closed, some of the pool hammocks are broken. In my opinion on the poster it says it is 4 stars but it is far from 4 stars lacks a lot of maintenance, quite a lot of cleanliness and a little more Service. Not to say that the stalls and zip line of the facilities completely left and nothing to do in there with the children. Postscript photos I won't put out of respect...

Very clean and cozy apartments. The restaurant was very good. Very polite and friendly staff, especially Roberto, the waiter.

They pride themselves on receiving animals and it is a lie that they do not have space for them and they are poorly received. The rooms are shabby and too expensive for what they offer beds where you cannot sleep. Nothing adapts to the needs of the guest. The breakfast schedule is too late to do routes in summer. But for me, by far the worst thing I have ever worried about is coming to a place to be comfortable with my dog and it hasn't been like that.
