Hotel & Spa Sierra de Cazorla

First of all, EXTRAORDINARY STAFF, WONDERFUL SETTING, THE SPA IS VERY GOOD, Now... it is the NOISIEST hotel I have ever been to, I have not been able to sleep well a single night, and forget about naps. The floors are the kind where you walk barefoot and the whole room rumbles, imagine having an upstairs floor and a family with children running around or neighbors, you hear everything, it seems like the neighbors are in your own bathroom. And if your room is in the "M" series, with the road 10 meters away without soundproofing measures and the facilities (kitchen and storage) underneath, you could die. Room "M1" was death (they offered it to me after moving me from the room where I was, a "200" series family room with children above, it was impossible to be there), the kitchen/storage/laundry room underneath. I am leaving this review TO HELP people with minimal sensitivity to noise; this is not your hotel. I would have liked to read a review like this so as not to ruin my vacation. Thank you

We have stayed for 5 nights and the truth is that the surroundings are beautiful. It invites relaxation, which is what we were looking for. We took advantage of the offer for those over 55, and the meals were excellent, with unbeatable table service from everyone. The spa was also very calm and relaxing. The only thing I would have liked is for the room to have had a shower, as it is much more comfortable when we have health issues. Other than that, I would definitely return.

They need to pay much more attention to the service on the café terrace. Today, June 15th, we waited to be served from 9:15 PM to 9:45 PM. I must say that the terrace was not full at all. I have encountered him another night, and his attitude is to look everywhere except where he should be looking. His demeanor is certainly arrogant, his service is lackluster, and if you are not attentive, as has happened to me before, he tries to charge you for the table next to you. They need to take better care of the staff; this gentleman is not fit to be in front of the public, nothing compared to the young ladies who have served us on other occasions. By the way, we had to leave without having dinner, just water, which is what we were served after a long wait.
