Beautiful hotel, very clean, excellent location and perfectly priced. Would highly recommend this hotel. I’ve stayed here before and wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

The hotel is even nice. But it looks like ‘from another era’. This hotel has many possibilities to be very attractive. They don’t offer breakfast, forcing guests to walk down the street for a bad breakfast in a bar with few ideas about what a ‘normal’ breakfast is... Bread, butter and jam and little else. I don’t know if this city receives many visitors, if it is the case, it would be worth including at least breakfast in the hotel.

Hotel Torrepalma claims to have a bar, restaurant, gym, sauna, parking and breakfast available. We stayed there on March 20th 2023 and none of these services exist. No bar, no restaurant, no gym, no sauna. We were lucky to find parking in the street around the block. They offer a breakfast coupon for a bar across town, which we did not use. The on-site restaurant closed over a year ago. They refused a refund when I tried to cancel my reservation at the front desk. In summary, it is a fraudulent place to be avoided.
