Our first experience was fantastic and we will surely return in coming years. The hotel, the location, the Tapahuga promenade, and the staff make them deserving of the highest rating from us. Likewise, the La Trattoria and El Laurel restaurants complement the hotel's gastronomic experience, since the buffet, while still varied, gets tiring after a week of half-board. To highlight above all is Chef Martín, who provided us with gluten-free dishes with more attention than expected. Also to be highlighted are Ruiz and Marcel, who responded very positively and with great kindness to our requests. In short, a 10 out of 10 hotel. If we are looking for any complaints... we would have liked the Club Laurel to be adults-only, since children have a pool in the main part of the hotel and did not need to come down to where adults can disturb the peace of that area.

This was one of, if not the best, hotel I have stayed in in 30 years. The exterior areas are immaculately maintained and cleaned all the time. The layout is delightful with the small chalets set on individually named roads and the gardens seldom have a leaf out of place. In the whole estate there was not a single unlit light bulb! The pool was great and crystal clear and I didn't even need goggles. Our room was modern, beds comfortable and spotless. The three restaurants available were excellent and not expensive. The service by all of the staff could not have been better. I cannot recommend it highly enough and we will definitely make a return trip at the earliest date we can.
