The apartment is clean. The facilities are well-maintained and the environment is pleasant. It would be appreciated if you had complimentary non-perishable food items left over from guests, such as salt and sugar, and utensils like kitchen scissors and clothespins. We had some very hot days and the fan did not help at all since it had no power.

Good apartment but without air conditioning you can borrow a fan.If it is very very hot this is not sufficient.Every three days a little cleaning toilet paper and clean towels.The pool is good and refreshing think there are beds shortage in high season.There was a bar by the pool but it was close there is nothing to eat or drink for sale.In the area is nothing to do the sandy beach is black.Many people rent a car to go to other beaches.

A wonderfully quiet small-scale complex. The village of Los Cancajos is also all tranquility. Don't expect luxury. Only the basics are present in the apartments. They didn't have to do cleaning from us, but they still regularly came to ask if we didn't want to. Enough clean towels if you ask for them and put the used towels ready for them. Also enough toilet paper, dish soap and others. If you miss something, just turn it in and they'll take care of it. Still real wooden lacquered Spanish cabinets and kitchen cabinets. We hope they don't paint or replace it! Several apartments have already been neatly renovated, but ask for a top mattress, because they forgot about it with the new beds. The rock hard (creaky) pocket spring mattress lies on a shelf with 4 legs. I think they call this a “box spring”. Sleeping on this is not doable! A 2nd negative is the lack of Spanish/Canary TV channels, in addition to the poor wifi that is only available in the morning and early afternoon. Furthermore, it is a great complex!
