Trocadero Plaza

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center. Countless restaurants, bars, etc. are within walking distance. Free parking is available behind the museum. Rooms are well maintained. We always had three choices for breakfast. These were varied and more than sufficient. Very friendly staff serving breakfast despite our “language barrier.” I highly recommend this hotel.

The lack of empathy and lack of humanity are a common factor in this establishment, I made a reservation yesterday (on their website) for work reasons, with check-in today, when I arrive they tell me that the reservation was for yesterday, I tell them no, that there must have been a mistake, and they tell me no, that the arrival was on the 22nd and not the 23rd, I tell them that well, I have moved to the island from Tenerife that they can solve it, that if the arrival was yesterday there is establishments that call to confirm since I reiterate that not even 24 hours have passed since the reservation until I arrived at the hotel and the response is negative and little resolution that there is no availability, that if there was they would change it, I tell them to change it for me Another day I fly to the island a lot and they tell me that if they do it it is after payment, obviously and without refund on what I had already been charged the day before (100*100 of the reservation). It is incredible how little availability there is to resolve this type of situation, what a shame that they treat people who come to the island this way, I do not recommend it at all, there is an establishment with much more human quality on this island, thank God.

Superb location by the lovely downtown Los Llanos. Professional hotel staff, and a great cafe' in the hotel. Recommend the museum side of the hotel. We parked on the street ~150-200 meters from the hotel -- best to plan to park prior to arrival.
