Galeon Hotel

We were a group, we never met the receptionist, never, in the three days we were there was reception, the elevator was all that time spoiled and we had people with reduced mobility, we could not make changes of room, because I repeat, there was no reception. If you needed to call a taxi, you also had no reception to go to a doubt or emergency. Breakfast is also nothing of the other world, four basic things and goodbye. I do not recommend anything, it is not worth the price they put per room.

If you're looking for do-it-yourself accommodation, then this hotel is for you. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and well supplied with basic, functional kitchen accessories. Breakfast was pretty good, though not terribly exciting. There was plenty of free garage parking (but be aware that the entrance/exit ramp is VERY tight and steep - not for large cars or timid drivers!). There was no reception staff on duty at any time during our eight day stay, and several messages sent in advance of our arrival were unanswered. We had to figure out how to turn on the electricity in our room on our own, as no one answered the "help" number provided. There was a clear lack of general cleaning (dust accumulated in the hallways and stairwells) and maintenance (loose bathroom fixtures, broken cabinet doors in the lobby).

The best part of the place is the location. We have stayed 4 people and 1 baby in room 201, first we asked for two rooms and as a favor we were asked to move to a unified and large. Since we arrived on the first day the room was large but dirty. The baby like anyone else wanted to be on the floor and play, but the floor and furniture surfaces were dirty. The kitchen area was all sticky, the trash can smelled bad, the fridge was squirting liquid because it was left badly closed and on top of that it was dirty. The third day we met the cleaning girl and asked for a change of towels and if they could pass the floor both for the baby and hygiene. He tells us that that day did not touch cleaning in the rooms since it is not done on Wednesdays and Sundays, cleaning as neither on Friday when we arrived, nor Saturday, nor Monday there was cleaning in the room. They came to change our towels and made the bed one day. We had breakfast included in the reservation, which was acceptable, although it was somewhat unpleasant to hear fighting in the kitchen between employees. Today Tuesday we leave the same and when we arrived at reception to leave the keys of the room we requested a claim sheet and it is non-existent since neither physical nor digital had it to be able to provide it, giving as an answer that they would send it to us by mail to fill it out. In short, the stay has been somewhat complicated, the only good thing is the location.
