I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel in such a stunning location The apartment was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was small but had everything i needed for basic meals The Mexican restaurant was very good and also the lunch menu at the main pool (salmon poke bowl - excellent) Nightly entertainment was good and there seemed to be plenty of daytime activities with the irrepressible Marcos As I was travelling with a mobility scooter I had requested ground floor which I was given, as there were plenty of ramps, access around the hotel was great There was however a big problem with accessing the promenade and the town, this was one of the things that attracted me to the hotel in the first place Erosion has made part of the coastal path unsafe so the only access is via three flights of steps, totally unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues or families with prams or little ones I had to get into town by going up the main drive and along the main road a distance of almost a mile The wonderful jet2 rep Helena went to a lot of trouble to look around the hotel with me and approached management on my behalf It should be a reasonably simple task to install a new path from the ground floor of block 1 - come on Melia! I would definitely return if this was sorted out

All we can say is WOW on arrival I was amazed as to how beautiful the Hotel looked. The only downside was how long we had to wait to check in as only 2 people on the desk. The bar area was clean and well presented with friendly staff. Entertainment was on every night and a timetable given out on rotation (every Sunday). Reasonable priced drinks great selection of Cocktails. Rooms cleaned everyday, beds made and towels changed. The only things I would say is that there is only 1 mirror which is in the bathroom so a good idea would be to have 1 in the bedroom or lounge area there was some in the cupboards but not very accessible. Nowhere to hang your wet clothes. Car parking wasn’t an issue outside the complex as there is lots and free parking within walking distance of the Hotel, Hotel parking is available but make sure you book before you go as we arrived late evening and my mum has difficulty walking long distance and we had cases so parked in the disabled bay as we have a blue badge and the next AM went to pay and they tried to fine us as you cannot park for just 1 night !!! Fine not paid just 1 night parking. Swimming pools well maintained and very clean life guards on and very helpful just a shame the pool bar wasn’t open on the top pool. Gym looked good. Steps down to the beach a struggle at times with my mum shame there isn’t a lift. But in all we had a fantastic Holiday and would highly recommend this Hotel/Apartment’s 100%.

We are a family of four who stayed for a week in the apartments. We travelled with jet2 and chose the side sea view room 1 bedroom room. The hotel and rooms were extremely clean and the staff all friendly. The beds were comfortable and the fan in the room worked well keeping the apartment cool. The rooms were basic and the balcony was a great size for 4 people. We were self catering however as the area is still opening we did say next time we should go allinclusive as la hacienda Mexican at the hotel had great food and the pool bar food was nice too. Both pools seemed heated with the melia main pool being slightly warmer. The resort is quiet but we wanted a lazy week and thats what we got. A wine and beer was around €8 for both.
